Get an array of points describing a polygon that surrounds the input points.

Name	Description
`points`	`VecLike[]` An array of points (as `[x, y, pressure]` or `{x, y, pressure}`). Pressure is optional in both cases.
`options` (optional)	`StrokeOptions` An object with options.
